That depends what kind of metronome you have - which is partially based upon how old the metronome is, and partially based on the necessary precision. Taking a standard example, my metronome consists of the numbers 40 and 42, and from then on, the multiples of 4 from 44 to 208.

The sum of these numbers is 5374.
