mode is the most of a set of data. for example 2,2,3,4,2,5 the mode would be 2.

Whoever posted above me is a liar. The mode is the average. So if the data was 2,2,3,4,2,5, the mode would be 3. You find it by adding all numbers together and dividing by the number of numbers. Ex: 2+2+3+4+2+5=18. There are 6 numbers. 18/6=3.

Alright before accusing someone of being a liar you should know what youre talking about first! the mode IS the most in a set of data. the MEAN is the average in a set of data which you so kindly established how to find. i dont even know why i told you to research this is something fifth graders know... and just so you know the medium is the middle number in a set of data which you would have to put all the numbers in order to find the middle number. just in case you got that too.
