A polygon is a shape made of three or more straight lines that surround a closed space. If you had three lines that did not make a triangle but instead looked like the letter "N," that would not be a polygon because the lines don't close a space. A space is closed when it is entirely surrounded by lines.
Hope that helped :D
Polygon
A regular polygon means a shape that has all equal lengths and angles. A couple examples are a square, an equilateral triangle, and a octagon shaped like a stop sign.
The math definition of a polygon is a closed shape, that is in a math text, and if you really wanted to know the mathematical definition of a polygon you could simply go home, or find a text book that you would steal from your cousins, and then you would got the glossary, and then bing bam boom you know the mathematical definition of a polygon.
A polyhedron of which one face is a polygon of any number of sides, and the other faces are triangles with a common vertex.
A polygon with 9 vertices is a nonagon.
Your mom is a square. That is a perfect example of a polygon.

I believe it means two or more polygons that share a same point.
It means two angles inside a polygon that share a side.
When I was taking a test in math, I had to describe a polygon.
It is a math thing
Regular refers to a polygon of which all internal angles and side-lengths are equal.
A 7 sided polygon is an heptagon
A quadrilateral is a polygon with four sides.
