I assume the question should have said "subtract" and not "subtrack".

If the strict rules of BIDMAS or PIDMAS are applied then, since additions should be carried out before any subtractions,

3 + 1 + 3 - 2 + 2 + 5 = (3 + 1 + 3) - (2 + 2 + 5) = 7 - 9 = -2

However, most people treat + and - on par so that

3 + 1 + 3 - 2 + 2 + 5 = 12
