If you mean "does not have equal sides" as in some sides can be equal just not all of them, then a trapezium or trapezoid (whatever you want to call it) fits those specifications. If you meant "does not have equal sides" as in each side must be different, then a trapezium can be manipulated to fit that specification. Just steepen or flatten out one of the sides that are not parallel as this should increase or decrease the length of the line. Note: if the angle of both non-parallel sides is equal they should be the same length.
