If you mean "does not have equal sides" as in some sides can be equal just not all of them, then a trapezium or trapezoid (whatever you want to call it) fits those specifications. If you meant "does not have equal sides" as in each side must be different, then a trapezium can be manipulated to fit that specification. Just steepen or flatten out one of the sides that are not parallel as this should increase or decrease the length of the line. Note: if the angle of both non-parallel sides is equal they should be the same length.
A four sided figure with four equal sides and no right angles is a diamond, or a rhombus. If it had four right angles, it would be a square.
A figure with four equal sides and no right angles is a rhombus. A rhombus is comprised of two acute angles and two obtuse angles.
If a 4-sided figure is a square, then it has four right angles. If a 4-sided figure has four right angles, then it's a rectangle, and if it has two equal adjacent sides, then it's a square.
A seven sided figure with equal angles and equal sides is known as a heptagon. It looks similar to a pentagon but has more sides and therefore larger angles.

A four sided figure with four equal sides and no right angles is a diamond, or a rhombus. If it had four right angles, it would be a square.

A four-sided polygon with all sides equal and no right angles would be a rhombus. A rhombus consists of two acute angles and to obtuse angles.
