Two ways to calculate the required angle.
1) Use the formula S = 2n - 4 right angles
S is the sum of the interior angles of a polygon, n is the number of sides.
Then, S = (2 x 15) - 4 = 26 right angles = 26 x 90 = 2340°
So, each interior angle of a regular 15-sided polygon measures 2340/15 = 156°
2) Calculate the exterior angle and subtract from 180° to obtain the interior angle.
Sum of exterior angles = 360°
Each exterior angle measures, 360/15 = 24°
Each interior angle measures, 180 - 24 = 156°
A regular hexagon.
Each interior angle measures 160 degrees
180 sides!
If each interior angle is 175 degrees then the polygon will have 72 sides
A regular decagon, or 10-sided polygon, has interior angles of 144
A regular polygon having an interior angle measure of 168o has 30 sides and is called a triacontagon.
The measure of each interior angle of a fifteen sided regular polygon, a pendedecagon, is 156o.
If the measure of an interior angle of a regular polygon is 140o, the polygon is a nonagon (sometimes called an ennagon) having 9 sides.
The interior angle of an octdecagon, an 18 sided regular polygon, is 160o.
A regular polygon with 4 sides is a square. The measure of any interior angle of a square is 90 degrees.
Each interior angle will measure 162 degrees
A regular polygon with each interior angle measuring 120 degrees is a hexagon.
If the polygon is regular, the measure of one interior angle of a 24 side polygon is 165 degrees.
Providing that it is a regular polygon then each interior angle will measure 160 degrees
A regular hexagon.
How many sides does a regular polygon have if the measure of each interior angle is equal to 172 degress ?
If its a regular polygon then 180-interior angle and divide the answer into 360 which will give the number of sides of the polygon.
