Neutral: Sedation, general change in consciousness, change in vision, some experience varied levels of visual hallucinations/ distortions, tiredness/nod, stimulation, constipation (generally considered negative, but positive if you have diarrhea), respiratory depression.
Negative: addiction, withdrawals, mental fog, overdose possible, anxiety, dry mouth, histamine release (makes you itchy), possible hangover.
