It is difficult to find a radical element in Jesus' teaching. Almost all of it was in line with the mainline teachings of the Pharisees. Certainly the Golden Rule "do unto others" follows directly from the normative "love thy neighbor as thyself," Leviticus 19:18. Rabbi Hillel, a leading Pharisee in the generation before Jesus, said that the essence of the Torah was "do not do unto others what you would not have done to you, that is the whole of the Torah. All the rest is commentary, now go study the commentary." The most radical element taught by Jesus might be "turn the other cheek," since outright pacifism is not commonly found in the Jewish tradition.
