It seems that it might be the long mark just right before 4". The way I determined this is the way time is calculatd for payroll...in calculating time 15 min is .25, 30 min is .50, so 45 min is .75. So the first long mark (after 3" mark) would make it 3.25, the second long mark 3.50 and the third long mark 3.75. This is the best way I know how to explain it. Hope this is correct and it makes since to me.
1 yard = 36 inches = 3 times the 12 inch ruler.
On a 12 inch ruler, the 1/3 point would be 12/3, or at 4 inches.
inch ruler
In an inch, there are 16 lines. It should be the 12th line. From line 0 to line 12 is 3/4 an inch.
That depends on the ruler. If you refer to a 1 foot ruler, divided in inches and sub-inch divisions, then 0.39 inch is a more than a quarter inch, and less than a half inch.
On a ruler, .375 inches is equivalent to 3/8 of an inch. It is located between the 1/4 inch mark (0.25 inches) and the 1/2 inch mark (0.5 inches). Specifically, it is three tick marks past the 1/4 inch mark. If using a standard ruler, you'll find it slightly closer to the 1/2 inch mark than to the 1/4 inch mark.
1 yard = 36 inches = 3 times the 12 inch ruler.
Depends on the length of the ruler A 6 inch ruler would show 6 whole inches A 12 inch ruler would show 12 whole inches.
1 foot =12 inch; 4500 inch = 375 ft
100 gr
A millimeter, as almost every 12 inch ruler has centimeters and millimeters on the opposite side of where inches are marked.
Making the totally unjustified assumption that the pavers are 9 inch by 5 inch (where does it say that?), the area covered by 375 pavers will be 375*9*5 sq inches =375*9*5/(12*12) sq ft = 117.1875 sq ft
They are equal
12 percent of 375 = 45 12% of 375 = 12% * 375 = 0.12 * 375 = 45
On a 12 inch ruler, the 1/3 point would be 12/3, or at 4 inches.
12% of $375= 12% * 375= 0.12 * 375= $45.00
