One US gallon (of any liquid at all - not just Jet A-1) is about 3.8 liters

To 5 significant digits (greater than usually necessary) the conversion factor is 3.7854 liters per US gal).

So to convert you multiply the number of US gal by 3.7854 and round off to an appropriate number of significant digits (never more than in the number of significant digits in the amount of US gallons you began with)
