Any number out of 100 (that is below 100) you simply move the imaginary decimal after the digit '2' two places over to the left. Then, you will have .72 , which is 72/100 in decimal form.

For any other number < 100 is the same concept.

Ex. 55 out of 100 = 0.55

8.9 out of 100 = 0.089

43 out of 100 = 0.43
