How do you estimate 28 and 5?

You wouldn't have to estimate for addition, subtraction or multiplication. For division, use 30/5 = 6

You don't need to estimate it at all!

5 = 10/2

So 28*5 = 28*10/2 = (28/2)*10 = 14*10 = 140
