There is no such thing as a least common number. Two (or more) integers can have a least common multiple (LCM) and this is the smallest positive integer that the two (or more) divide without remainder.

LCM(9, 6) = 18.

Both 9 and 6 divide 18 without remainder. They cannot do so for any positive integer smaller than 18.
