A computer has to do with Mathematics, because on a Macintosh, you can download Sketch-Up, for example. Here, you can build your own 3D buildings, etc. This has to do with geometry.
Another example is using a tablet to write down mathematical notes on Pixelmator, another application on the Macintosh.
A computer is a device that can be programmed to carry out a set of math or logical operations automatically.
Because of math, man.(:
Maybe an abacus?
they looked to it as a person that did all the problems for others MATH,READING etc. then they first came out with the controlled computer that so they referd to a human being as a computer
Depending on the kind of programming they do, possibly almost all the time. I've worked for several major financial companies and we've used everything from high school algebra and trigonometry to create graphics software, up to doctoral-level math when we did probability and statistics. My nephew programs games and he uses all sorts of math to make the the look and behavior of the characters appear realistic. He has to worry about everything from how a ball behaves when it bounces, to how light reflects off a surface.
Computer science requires a lot of math.
A math coach or a math teacher :) ;)
Computer programmers use math because math is a universal language. Many programmers are able to understand code when it is using numbers.
It depends on the game, but usually yes.
It would be advisable to avoid computer engineering/science for people who really hate math. The education required for computer engineering requires a lot of high level math, and chances are that a lot of sophisticated math skills are required for use on a daily basis even after getting a job in the field.
Math
They can do math practice and research on a computer or on the laptop.
computer science
i dont know? the way you help people by doing the stuff thjey need to with computeers?(edited by ayoth13) Sometimes math is needed to program computers as the basis for a computer's actions is math-- processes are based on math. Therefore, without a good amount of math training you might not be able to understand computer science.
Without math, engineering of any kind is impossible
Majors with a lot of math: Physics, Chemistry, Computer programming, Accounting, Math, Engineering and Architecture.
In computer networking Math and binary operation are used in calculating subnet masks or in subnetting or in supernetting etc.
