At 4000 k you will get a perfect soft white light, easy on the eyes and when it is dimmed down will give you a beautiful night light.

5000 k is best to show true colour as you would see it as if you were outside (daylight). When colouring your nails, hair or choosing clothing colour, the colour will look the same when you are outside. As a sales specialist, I have heard many stories of women getting their hair coloured and when leaving the salon noticing a completely different colour, the salon had the wrong lighting.

If you need the antique look (yellow) go with 3000k or 3500k.
