When a negative number is divided by a positive one, the quotient is negative. Thus, (-395)/(+37) = -(395/37), or -10.675675675...675...... This is a repeating decimal, repeating the three digit block "675". Since 37 is a Prime number, the fraction can not be reduced to lower fractional terms, but it could also be written as -(10 & 25/37).
