"-6 and 6" is not a symbol!
6' = 6 feet
Normally this is a low tire pressure indicator. The exclamation point is shown inside of what looks like a tire casing with tread on the road. It denotes a tire on the vehicle is 6 or 7 lbs. psi different than the vehicles' normal recommended pressure.

Do you mean n! then if so it stands for "n factorial" which means a given number is to be multiplied each time from itself to one. Examples: 3! = 3*2*1 = 6 4! = 4*3*2*1 = 24 6! = 6*5*4*3*2*1 = 720 Some calculators have a factorial key that can perform these calculations.
grab a calculator or your computer should have a calculator in it under accessories. Anyway, on the calculator punch in 612 hit the divided symbol (a line with a dot above it and a dot below it.) and hit the equal symbol (=). The answer id 102. Six goes into 612 one hundred and two times. Or 6 goes into 600, one hundred times and 6 goes into 12, two times. 100 plus 2 equals 102.
If you mean what times 6 equals 18 then it is: 3*6 = 18
You mean what is 6 times 60 ??? Then the answer would be 360
