You can expect the spinner to land an odd number 25 times out of 50.
It depends on how many points there are that the spinner can land on. If there are 8, for example, the probability would be 8/16, or 1/2...
absolute value
The points are spaced according to the value of the number they correspond to; in a number line containing only whole numbers. If you want to know what the symbol would look like when its going a certain way, it would look like this if you started at 6 and was going to the right the arrow would be pointing > that way, if you were going left the arrow would be < that way... Hope I helped!

A Robin Hood is scored when one arrow enters and splits an arrow already in the target. the second arrow scores the same as the first ie if the first arrow is in Gold then the second arrow must also be in gold. this is a very rare event

Arrow
An Arrow can be used to represent a vector by having the direction of the arrow indicate the direction of the vector and the size or length of the arrow represent the size of the vector.
You have to get very close between grey and the blue on the left. Not turquoise!!

To win in archer you have to accumalate the most points. the points are determined with colord rings on the target. the middle is usually worth 5 points then going away from the middle it is 1 point less each ring. Archers shoot arrows in rounds, and each round they get a certain number of points. each round the archer usually use 5-7 arrows. after about three rounds the scorers add up the scores and determine a winner.
Polygon Method Of Adding Vector1. Draw the first vector using a scale.2. Connect the tail, the 2nd vector to the arrow head to first vector. Repeat desame procedures with the other vector.3. Join the tail of the first vector to the arrow head of the last vector to determine the magnitude and direction of resultant.4. The length of resultant draw the scale determines the magnitude and the direction is the angle between the arrow head of the last vector.
i think its Fletching, though that could just be the part of adding feathers to stabilise the arrow, like in darts... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fletching There is not really a specific term for creating arrows. Arrow building is the most specific I have heard. Fletching as a noun means the section of the arrow that stabilizes it. Fletching as a verb it the act of putting either feathers or vanes on the arrow.
