I believe you mean implicit. This means that something can be understood without its being stated. For instance, if I ask you your eye colour you might say, 'blue'. I wouldn't ask you, "Are both of your eyes the same colour?" That would be implicitin your first answer (blue) because if they were of different colours you would certainly tell me.
