Answer 1

Archimedes was KILLED by a ROMAN soldier in a war.

Answer 2

It is said that it didn't happen like that. They say that when this Roman soldier tried to kill him, his shadow obscured Archimedes' drawings in the soil. Then Archimedes supposedly said that phrase: ΜΗΝ ΜΟΥ ΤΟΥΣ ΚΥΚΛΟΥΣ ΤΑΡΑΤΤΕ the meaning of which is: DON'T DISTURB THE CIRCLES DRAWN BY ME ! (I AM IN DEEP THINKING RIGHT NOW)

Answer 3

Archimedes died in Siracusa in 211 BC. He was killed by a confused roman soldier. He was 75 years old when he died.
