You walk
0.19 miles is about 300 metres. Hard to set .19 miles on a treadmill. What i do is set the sprint speed on the treadmill at 10 miles per hour, and time it for 60 seconds. I make .19 or so in the 60 seconds and that includes the treadmill warming up. Takes about 8 seconds for it to get up to the 10 mph sprint speed.
You would have to maintain a pace of at least 5.63 miles per hour.
Mach velocities are all relative to the speed of sound in that gas, at that density. Mach 1 = the speed of sound. Mach 2 = twice the speed of sound. It does not have an invariant conversion into miles per minute.
154 coppies. (28 x 5.5 - 28 a minute, and there are five and a half minutes)
It doesn't matter how long you run for, only that you want to run at one speed, a six minute mile. In other words, your six minute mile is that speed in your first through fifth, and every minute after that. The math... a six minute mile is one mile per six minutes which equals 10 miles for every sixty minutes, or ten miles per hour.
Take it to the cardio room and make it run the treadmill

Multisports-T8060-Treadmill has got adjustments for angle of belt and speed of the belt. The higher angle and higher speed makes the exercises harder and more horizontal belt with lesser speed makes the exercises easier.
I think you need at least a few feet behind the treadmill and then at least a foot and a half on all sides, but that would probally make me claustrophobic.

You should fix your treadmill if it does not cost more to fix than it does to buy a new one. If it costs more than half, than you should just get a new one and make sure it got warranty.

# RPM is a standard for how many revolutions the record would make per minute. Different sized records required the speed be changed on the record player.

17,987,547.5 kilometers per minute. 3(108) m/s is speed 1000 m makes one km 60 s make one minute That's how the above was calculated (but with greater precision).
1) use a special harness and put it on a treadmill 2) make a long smooth U-shaped ramp, and it should go back and forth several times 3) roll it down a hill in San Francisco (local laws permitting)
