You could convert them to whole numbers, do the calculation, and reconvert to decimal values, keeping them in proportion.
25.1 - 10.7 could be brought up to 251 - 107 by multiplying both sides by 10. That gives you 144. Then change it back to decimal by dividing by 10, to give 14.4 as the answer. Depending on how many decimal places there are will determine what you need to multiply the values by. For 13.056 - 10.2 would mean multiplying both sides by 1000, because the first value has 3 decimal places, to give 13056 - 10200 and then dividing the result by 1000.
