You don't. They measure quite different things, so there is no standard conversion. Ampere is a unit of electrical current. Decibel (dB) is a measure of signal gain.
Those two are completely unrelated; it doesn't make sense to convert them.

Amps and volts are two separate parts of power measurement and do not convert into each other. Multiplying amps times volts will give you the measurement of wattage.
To convert amps into watts a voltage is needed. Watts = Amps x Volts.
