A happy prime is a number that is both happy and prime.

A happy number is defined by the following process. Starting with any positive integer, replace the number by the sum of the squares of its digits, and repeat the process until the number equals 1 (where it will stay).

Happy numbers below 50 are 1, 7, 10, 13, 19, 23, 28, 31, 32, 44, and 49. The five numbers in bold are also happy primes. There are a number of techniques for finding happy primes but for prime numbers of a few digits then the squaring and summing process is just as efficient.
