That's (4+3+4+3) * 12 = 14 * 12 = 168 square feet of wall. At a standard of 6.86 bricks per square foot that would come to a little under 1200 bricks, but it definitely depends on the exact size of your old bricks.
It depends which of 8,4, or 12 is the thickness. Assuming 8 is the thickness then the answer is given by dividing 600 by ( 4 x 12) that equals 12.5 bricks or 13 bricks

This assumes that the thickness of the wall is 1 brick and that the mortal between bricks occupies no space. For an 8 ft x 8 ft the first is probably not a good idea and the second is totally unlikely.

Depends on the size of the block. However, an house brick is 9" x 3" x 4" So assuming the brick is laid 9" long and 3" high a single course of wall would require!!! 21 x 12 = 252 " Hence 252 / 9 = 28 bricks for the length & 9 x 12 = 108 " Hence 108 / 3 = 36 bricks in height Hence 36 x 28 = 1008 bricks is required!!!!
