It all depends on your school districts grading scale. It's a C at my kids' school!
A b is 80% - 89%
On most grading scales, yes: 100% - 98% A+ 97% - 93% A 92% - 90% A- 89% - 88% B+ 87% - 83% B 82% - 80% B- etc.
In almost every case, an 87 is a B Some schools use a 10-point scale (60-70-80-90-100), which puts an 87 high in the B range. Some schools use a 7.5 point scale (70-77-85-93-100), where an 87 is a low B. ■
Well it depends you will get a B in high school or if your in elementary you'll get a meeting expectations
If 'A' is five times more likely than 'B', then the odds of 'A' are 5 to 1, and its probability is [ 83 and 1/3 ] percent.

They could average to A or B depending on whether they are high As and high Bs or low As and low Bs or a mixture.
This really depends, there are multiple b-flats for each instrument and you can play a low b-flat or a high b-flat. So the answer to the question is that it can be both, depending on which octave b-flat it is.
