I can:t think of any directly. There was a comic strip- mor accurately a one-panel cartoon based on Stock Market graph-type charts ( surely mathematical) and it was called Smart Charts by Stanbury ( the creator). Appropriately it ran in the business section rather than the comic-strip pages. Somewhat oddly it is not even a comic strip in the usual sense as it has no characters, just business charts with odd profiles or trajectories. ( one could see some humor in a parabolic c urve for say- (Fictional) Von Braun chemical pyrotechnics!- suggesting the trajectory of a missile which is normally a parabola.
Math humor is very high level humor. You have to know math to get it.
