Since I'm not a Canadian,(wouldn't be ashamed if I was), I'm not sure about provincial policy regarding "North to South" entry. I visited Restoule sometime ago,(beautiful country,no doubt) and the only requirement that I remember on our part was a current,UNEXPIRED driver's license and we needed to declare any goods that were subject to inspection according to law. This seemed to work for both to and from Restoule. Now, in this day of mayhem and foolishness, these policies may have been made a little more strict than they used to be. Try contacting a government office that, at the very least, can direct you to the information you're seeking. Good Luck!
