The benefits are
- Self-Development (it assists the development of members by improving self-confidence and sense of accomplishment).
- Social Development ( Qc's are a consultative and participate programme where each member co-operates with others. this assists developing harmony.)
- Opportunity to attain knowledge (Qc members have a chance for attaining new knowledge by sharing opinions and thoughts and experience.)
- Potentail Leader ( Every member gets a chance to build up their leadership skills, in the view that any member can become a leader)
- Enhanced Communication Skills (the mutal problem solving and presentation before the management assists the members to develop their communication skills.)
