Ø 1st the cell has to commit to being a RBC and 2nd Ribosome synthesis occurs followed by 3rdhemoglobin synthesis which causes nucleus and organelle ejection which then becomes a mature RBC. The process by which is called "Erythropoiesis," which the kidneys secrete.
