there may be a specific name for it and if thats what your looking for IDK but my geometry teacher always told us if you didnt know that you can always add the word -gon after the number to make the figure you will need.
75-gon
If its a regular polygon and each interior angle measures 175.2 degrees then it will have 75 sides
Such a polygon does not exist because 360/75 = 4.8
No because 360/75 = 4.8 which means it's impossible for it to be a regular polygon with equal sides.
It's quite acceptable to call it a 75-agon but more important is knowing how to work out its properties.
A polygon with 6 sides is a hexagon and a polygon with 8 sides is an octagon
Such a polygon is not possible because it would have 4.8 sides.Angles on a straight line are 180 degrees and 105+75 = 180Angles around a polygon are 360 degrees and 360/75 = 4.8
A polygon with 1,000 sides is known as a chiliagon. A hectogon is a polygon that has 100 sides, and a polygon with 8 sides is called an octagon.
The sides of a polygon are straight line boundaries of the polygon.
No the sides of a polygon can not cross
There is no formula for how many sides there are in a polygon; the name of the polygon shows how many sides it has.
No, a polygon has four sides, but and octagon has eight sides.
There are 8 sides in the polygon with 8 sides (an octagon).
