it is impossible to find the exact slope of a scatter plot. instead you must find the line of best fit. if you find it with a graphing calculator, it is easy. you go to STAT then press edit. put the x values in L1 and the y values in L2. to find the line, you press STAT again and right arrow to calc and select LinReg(ax+b) number 4 i think. then enter L1,L2,Y exactly and press enter. if you want to see the equation of a line press Y=. if you want to see the graph, you press graph and if it doesn't show the data, press Zoom 9. then if it doesn't work, press STAT PLOT and select the first one and then turn to ON.
