Starting from the left compare the numbers to find the smallest.
Now using only 2.004 and 2.0004, compare the numbers again, starting from the second decimal place:
We now need to compare 2.4 and 2.404 to find the smallest. (Changing 2.4 to 2.400 makes this easier.
The third number after the decimal place is smallest on 2.400, making this number smaller than 2.404.
Therefore 2.004, 2.4, 2.404. and 2.0004 placed in order from smallest to greatest is:
2.0004 , 2.004 , 2.4 , 2.404.
first finding the whole number and then sort them out from least to greatest in answers
That would be a number line.
That's an infinite list.
Well since they all begin with seven, you look at the decimal. Then you would order it from least to greatest looking at the first number. So from least to greatest it would go like this: 7.009, 7.09, 7.7, 7.7081
You order decimals from least to greatest by looking at the whole number and seeing which whole number is bigger. If the whole numbers are the same you look in the tenths place and see
arrange the set of number in order from least to greatest and the middle number is the median. You have to arrange them in order from least to greatest or it's wrong. (or greatest to least)
That will happen if you have 5 integers.
first finding the whole number and then sort them out from least to greatest in answers
there are 5 numbers?
Put them in order (least to greatest or greatest to least) then look a the number in the middle.
arranging a number from least to greatest
From least to greatest the numbers range 0.021, 0.099, and 0.845.
You have to rearange the numbers in order, (either from least to greatest or greatest to least) then you have to subtract them from the larger number to the smallest number, and that is your range.  You're welcome!
The number line
If you place the numbers on the number line, they go from the least to the greatest as you go from left to right.
That would be a number line.
That is the median average!
