I am assuming you are referring to a normal 3x3 sudoku grid, where you can only use the numbers 1-9 once in the grid, and by prime number you mean the 3digit number across and down the grid must be prime? For a number to be prime, it must end in 1, 3, 7 or 9. There are 5 places on the Sudoku grid for a number to finish and as you can only use a number once in sudoku you have one place left where the number can not be prime. This means the most you can have is 5 prime numbers.
use a prime grid it might help

To play Sudoku, you fill a 9x9 grid with numbers from 1 to 9, ensuring that each number appears only once in each row, column, and 3x3 subgrid. The puzzle starts with some numbers already filled in, providing clues to help you solve it. Use logic and deduction to determine the placement of the remaining numbers, making sure to avoid any repetitions in the rows, columns, or subgrids. The goal is to complete the grid so that every row, column, and subgrid contains all the numbers from 1 to 9.
That's really useless because you can only use the pin once.

To use a figure grid reference, first identify the grid lines on the map, which typically form a square or rectangular pattern. The reference consists of a combination of letters and numbers, where the letters indicate the grid square and the numbers specify the precise location within that square. Start by locating the letter corresponding to the grid square, then follow the associated numerical coordinates to find the exact point. This method is commonly used in orienteering and mapping to pinpoint locations accurately.
It depends. If you can only use each number once, there are 720 combinations. If you can use numbers multiple times, then there are 1000 combinations, by using all numbers from 000 to 999.
Maps usually have a grid lines printed on them which are numbered. Normally you would use these numbers as a grid reference to indicate a location
Just add them and see.
Grid references are points defined by the coordinates of a grid or map system. The reference numbers can be used to denote a particular point or area on the grid. Most maps are labeled with numbers or letters on horizontal and vertical lines to allow you to find a given point (the intersection of those lines). Geographic maps may use latitude and longitude.
