Depends on the size of the sub-panel in that garage. If you are installing a 60 amp sub-panel 400 feet away from the main service panel then use AWG # 4.
The service distribution needs to have a disconnect from the utility supply. Most homes use a combination distribution panel. If the home owner wants to have a load center installed then there has to be a fused disconnect ahead of the panel. The less costly of the two options is the combination panel. Labour costs drive the load center, main service switch option much higher because there are more materials to assemble.
A 100-A sub-panel would be fed from a 100-A breaker.
I would install a 60 amp sub-panel and use AWG #3 copper.
Use #10 copper.
I'd say the Eizo 30". It comes with it's own calibrator and stand. The resolution on it is good enough to use it for x rays. That wraparound alienware one is pretty pricey too, but it doesn't have as much y res as the Eizo. Projectors wise, there's a 4000 pixel projector that Audi use which would be more expensive again.
Entries will be judged by a panel appointed by Samaritans.
