Depending on how many breakers you have in your exisiting panel if you only have a old 6 or 8 circuit panel then I would suggest a new panel, In the newer building world where you have a 20 or 30 circuit panel then I would suggest a sub panel.
power control center panel
No, there has to be a three foot clearance in front of the panel. This is so that electricians can work safely on the panel.
No, you should not install anything in front or below the panel. You must have 36" of free space in front of the panel and 30" on either side of the panel.

There is no difference between PCC ( Power Control Centre) and PDB (Power Distribution Board). Although they have different names, but their functions are same i.e. controlling power feeders.

Not sure what a PDB box is. Please explain.
A PDB is a Program Data Base file. These are used as references for code writers, as well as in Debugging applications.

PDBA program database (PDB) file holds debugging and project state information that allows incremental linking of a Debug configuration of your program. A PDB file is created when you build your dotnet programme or c/c++. It is located in the same location where application exe is present.
Another working software is "isilo". It can be downloaded from http://www.isilo.com/download/iSiloW32.htm.There's is one more and i.e. is ereader version 3.0.4 or above.---http://en.filesupport.org/file-extension/pdb
Yes, it is in the PDB next to the battery.
MCC stands for Motor Control Center, which is an assembly of one or more enclosed sections with electrical components used to control and distribute power to various electrical motors. PDB stands for Power Distribution Board, which is a component used in electronics to distribute power from a single source to multiple devices or circuits. So, MCC is specific to controlling motors, whereas PDB is for distributing power in electronic devices.
