In a clock with 12 hour readings, at 6:30 am the minute hand would be directly on 6 and the hour hand would be mid way between 6 and 7. Between any two markings on this clock the angle is 360/12 = 30 degrees. Since minute hand is precisely on 6 and hour hand is exactly half way between 6 and 7, the angle between them at 6:30 am is 30/2 = 15 degrees
The time period of a nimute hand on the clock is one minute since it takes a minute for it to complete one oscillation, ie., one complete cycle of the clock.
At exactly 1 o'clock, the hour hand will be at an angle of 30 degrees, and the minute and second hands will be at an angle of 0 degrees.
105 degrees.A clock has 60 divisions around the outer edge representing the 60 minutes per hour. At 9.30 the minute hand will be at exactly 30 minutes. The hour hand will be exactly halfway between 9 hours and 10 hours (which is equal to 47.5 minutes according to the 60 minute divisions). As there are 60 divisions, and a circle is equal to 360 degrees, then each division is equal to 6 degrees. Therefore, the difference in minute divisions between the two hands = 47.5 - 30 = 17.5. The angle is therefore equal to 17.5 * 6 = 105 degrees.
This problem can be solved as follows: The angle Ah of the hour hand of a clock, measured from the position at noon or midnight when the hour and minute hands exactly coincide, is Ah = (360 degrees/12 hours)th, where th is the time in hours, including fractions of hours, because the hour hand moves the entire 360 degrees around the clock in 12 hours. Similarly, the angle Am of the minute hand = (360 degrees/60 minutes)tm, where tm is the time in minutes only, including fractions of minutes. The stated time is 3 + 40/60 + 20/3600 hours = 3.672222... hours and the angle is therefore about 110. 11666666... degrees, using the formula above. The time in minutes only is 40 + 20/60 = 40.33333...., so that the angle of the minute hand is 242 degrees. The difference between them is therefore about 131.833..... degrees, or in fraction form 131 and 5/6.
They do when it is noon or midnight.

The minute the clock strikes one second after midnight on the day which of your 18th birthday.
There is no such time as '3000'. The 24 hour clock has a maximum time of 2359. ( One minute to midnight). 2400/0000 (midnight) is not used because of possible confusion over the day/date. The 24 hour clock times are from '0001' to '2359' . This includes '1215'.

01.45 is forty-five minutes after one am - between midnight and noon. Between Noon and Midnight, 01.45 becomes 13.45.

The Doomsday Clock is a symbol that represents the likelihood of a man-made global catastrophe, specifically due to nuclear war and climate change. However many “minutes to midnight” there are on the clock represents how close humanity is to destruction. It’s been maintained by the Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists since 1947; its original setting was seven minutes to midnight. The most recent change was made in January of 2020, when the clock was set at 100 seconds (1 minute, 40 seconds) to midnight.
If there are lines near the center point of the clock, those just provide a more accurate way to see the exactly where the second or minute hand is. If you are referring to the lines between the big lines or 1, 2, 3..., those are still just second or minute markers representing 1 minute or 1 second each, depending on which hand you are referring to.
