Before you can spot the slope, you absolutely must massage the equation so that
it's in the right form. The right form is
y = Ax + B . . . and ' A ' and ' B ' are just numbers.
When your equation is in that form, then ' A ' is the slope of the graph, and ' B ' is the y-intercept.
