Unlikely, the current petiton (which can be found on Google) is a sham. Poor spelling, 25 signitures and not to mention the letter is directed to the wrong company (Funimation simply organised the 'dubbing' of the anime) .
Somebody would have to re-write the petition in English and direct it to the correct company for there to be any progress.
I would suggest asking the company to consider 3 more episodes or even a movie due to there being only 3 more volumes in the manga.
