The slope-intercept form of the equation of a line is y = mx + b, wher m = slope and b = y-intercept.

2 - 3y + 6x = 0 just solve for y

2 - 2 - 3y + 6x - 6x = 0 - 6x - 2

-3y = - 6x - 2

-3y/-3 = - 6x/-3 - 2/-3

y = 2x + 2/3
