log 10 or square root your non parametric values
The data from a normal distribution are symmetric about its mean, not about zero. There is, therefore nothing strange about all the values being negative.
Non-continuous data is called discrete data.
It depends on what you want to test. Goodnesss of fit or some null hypothesis?
An example of a non-parametric test is the Mann-Whitney U test, which is used to compare two independent groups when the data do not necessarily follow a normal distribution. Unlike parametric tests that assume a specific distribution for the data, non-parametric tests are more flexible and can be applied to ordinal data or non-normally distributed interval data. The Mann-Whitney U test evaluates whether the ranks of the two groups differ significantly.
Standard deviation can be calculated using non-normal data, but isn't advised. You'll get abnormal results as the data isn't properly sorted, and the standard deviation will have a large window of accuracy.

You do not convert any data in Excel. A table is a layout to organize the data. If you want the data to look like it is in a table, then move the data to where you would like it to display.
A normal data set is a set of observations from a Gaussian distribution, which is also called the Normal distribution.
A tree is an example for a non-linear data structure.
