We deny the premise and maintain that you can divide fractions.
1/7 x 12/9 = 12/63 = 4/21
It is simple all u really do is divide reguarlly.......
When you divide by fractions, you invert and multiply.
To work out fractions on a calculator, you have to divide the top number (the numerator) by the bottom number (the denominator). Hope this helps, if it did leave a message on my message board H11pinky x

You can divide fractions. Just remember this little rhyme. Dividing fractions is as easy as pie, just flip the second and multiply! example: 1/4 x 1/2 is 1/4 x 2/1 multiply 1 x 2 = 2 4 x 1 = 4 So 2/4 is the answer. You would then reduce this down to 1/2.
1/7 x 12/9 = 12/63 = 4/21
If a numerator and a denominator have the common factor(s), then we need to divide them to simplify the fraction. For instance, x(x + 4)/(x) = x + 4

Me is actually not impossible divide fractions. You just take the reciprocal of the dividend and multiply.
