0.19 miles is about 300 metres. Hard to set .19 miles on a treadmill. What i do is set the sprint speed on the treadmill at 10 miles per hour, and time it for 60 seconds. I make .19 or so in the 60 seconds and that includes the treadmill warming up. Takes about 8 seconds for it to get up to the 10 mph sprint speed.
Is this a trick question? The whole point of a treadmill is that it does not move relative to its starting location!
That has a lot to do with how fast the treadmill is running. If it's running at 5 miles per hour, then it runs 300 meters every 2min14sec. Whereas if the motor isn't running, you can stand there all week, shifting from one foot to the other, and you won't cover a meter.
About 0.19 miles.

About 0.19 miles.
This is not very hard to figure out. Hopefully you know there is 5280 feet in a mile, and three feet in a yard. So, all you have to do is times 3*100=300. Than, you divide 5280 by three hundred, and you get 17.6 of a mile, so you can round that up to .18 of a mile. Shortly, it is equal to 17.6 of a mile.

About 400 meters in semi auto mode, 300 meters in full auto.
300 meters?
I think it must be 300 x 30...
100 yards is equivalent to 300 feet or approximately 91.44 meters. On a treadmill, this distance can be covered in a matter of minutes, depending on your speed. For example, at a pace of 6 miles per hour, it would take about 30 seconds to complete 100 yards.
1000 meters is equivalent to 1 kilometer. On a treadmill, this distance would take varying amounts of time to complete depending on your speed. For example, if you run at a pace of 6 minutes per kilometer, it would take you about 6 minutes to cover 1000 meters. Conversely, at a walking pace of 12 minutes per kilometer, it would take around 12 minutes.
