well you need to convert into pounds from kg or inches into meters. then you could go:

as W=mgh, m=60kg, g=9.81ms^-2, h=(height of each step)

break an equation into each step, add all the steps together.....

then we could say:

9.81x60kg(6in+ 12in+ 18in+ 24in etc etc)......twelve times to gain the total number of steps. adding all together will gain the total work done.
