I suggest you convert everything to the same unit - in this case probably miles per hour would be easiest - then you can easily compare. To get the speed in miles per hour, just divide the number of miles by the number of hours.
The word 'per' means divided by. To find miles per hour, for example, you take the number of miles you traveled and divide it by the number of hours it took to travel that far. The answer will be the rate of speed you traveled, miles per hour. Apply the same thinking to your problem. Take the cost for the whole amount, and divide by the number of pounds you bought.

As long as your distance and speed are in the same units, you can just divide the distance by the speed to get the amount of time in time unit of your speed. So, 3450 Miles/4 Miles per Hour = 862.5 Hours.
Wondering the same thing. i believe you take however many miles and divide by the speed you will be averaging. so if you average a speed of 50 miles an hour it will take you approximately 9 1/2 hours. if you average a speed of 60 it will take you about 7 hours.
(1 inch/sec) x (1 ft / 12 inch) x (1 mile / 5,280 ft) x (3,600 sec/hr) = 0.05682 mile/hr Multiply the number of inches/sec by 0.05682 to get the same speed expressed in mph. Or divide by 17.6
The same as the speed of light

It would take approximately 20 million hours, or about 2,281 years, to travel from Earth to Venus at a constant speed of 90 miles per hour. However, this calculation does not consider the orbit paths of Earth and Venus, which would significantly affect the actual travel time.

The same.
