I have a stock 1995 f-150 4.9 stick and I attached a techometer, the redline is about 3800 rpm. Although, I reved it to about 4200 max! I have a stock 1995 f-150 4.9 stick and I attached a techometer, the redline is about 3800 rpm. Although, I reved it to about 4200 max!
I believe the maximum horsepower rating was 145 at 4200 RPM ,but I don't know what the engine redline is ( 265 Ft/Lb torque at 2000 RPM )
Your engine is not running or your "RPM gauge" is broken.
122 cubic feet to rpm??
The RPM displayed by the tachometer on the dash refers to engine RPM, i.e. the crankshaft.
5.500 rpm
standard-171 at350 rpm min.128 at350 rpm
5500 rpm.
Redline is 6500rpms.
9500 rpm redline
I believe redline is 5,000 RPM.
B20B= 6200 rpm B20Z= 6800 rpm
An idle set too high can cause a 1994 Nissan Pathfinder to run at a high RPM in 5th gear. A bad transmission gasket can also cause this.
1998 and up is 5650 Rpm
the redline on a tercel 91 fuel-injected model is 5,200 rpm, at 5,800 it will limit,
When I give mine a good beating, 6200 RPM would be it.
Your throttle cable, needs to be adjusted.
