Guidance on what courses to take next in your high school program
You take it so you dont have to take it in High School.
You have to pass one math course in high school to get your diploma when you graduate, but if you pass these courses and also take trigonometry, you will receive an advanced regents diploma. But it's definitely better to pass both and also trigonometry.
You can take any math you want in High School that is at your level. Most of the available classes for most schools are Intro to Algebra I, Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II, pre-Calculus, and Calculus (not always offered). As long as you take any of these maths (the amount in years varies from place to place), and pass, you can graduate from high school.
It depends when you take the course. Some people take it their senior year in school or are not ready to take it until college. I took it my junior year in high school.
This question might be asking what high school courses are recommended for a person who wants to be an architect. It is best to discuss the requirements with a high school counselor or with a representative from the university you wish to attend.

High school courses don't matter, none of them will count in college.
It is possible to take university/college courses in high school if your school provides it. Simply ask your school counselor about it and they will provide you with the information.
