Write the conversion as a fraction. Then multiply the numerator and denominator across, then cancel any units that are both top and bottom.

I had to find this out for chemisty...an d i couldn't find the answer but i did find "a conversion factor is a fraction whose numerator and denominator are the same quantity expressed in different units."
