To start with, 192/3 = 64. To get three consecutive even numbers, we simply add and subject 2 to either side. Essentially, since 64+64+64 = 192, then so does (64-2) + 64 + (64+2). 62 + 64 + 66 =192 66/3=33. So one is a multiple of 3.
