2x-3y = 6

-3y = -2x+6

y = 2/3x-2

The perpendicular slope will be -3/2 or -1.5 and so:-

y--3 = -1.5(x--2)

y--3 = -1.5x-3

y = -1.5x-3-3

y = -1.5x-6 which is in slope intercept form
